For more than 50 years Mr. Yamagishi is working in his small shop in Tokyo suburbs where he’s selling his artistic cakes and candies. His famous product is fish-like cake which looks like ayu fish. He puts lots of his effort to make it perfect for every client and that’s why I decided to make a video for him. His passion and his kindness to other people will make you want to check his creations.
